Resumo: | In 2013, the Municipal Secretary of Education of Barueri announced that 4 schools from its school system joined the federal government educational program Mais Educa????o. This research aims to understand these schools teachers concept of integral education. Our central inquiry can be broken down into two questions: how teachers understand the objectives, procedures, concepts and guidelines of Mais Educa????o Program and what changes occurred (or not) in the pedagogical work of these teachers. Primary research sources were constituted of the official documents that support the Mais Educa????o Program and 5 questionnaires answered by full-time schools teachers in the city of Barueri. The purpose of the questionnaires was to obtain data on teachers??? training, their understanding of comprehensive education and their analysis of the educational work process after joining the Mais Educa????o Program. In the face of the findings in this research, it is possible to state that there is little understanding of the debate on comprehensive education among teachers; they do not observe significant changes in educational work related to joining Mais Educa????o Program; and that full-time schools in Barueri are seen as children and adolescents occupancy and restraining environments. Those spaces are no longer educational, they became only of protection and guard and compensation for the exclusion suffered by the working class. |

Esta investigaci??n tiene como objetivo comprender el concepto de educaci??n integral que los profesores de estas escuelas tienen. El problema central de nuestro trabajo se divide en dos cuestiones: c??mo los profesores comprenden los objetivos, procedimientos, conceptos y directrices presentes en el Programa Mais Educa????o y qu?? cambios han ocurrido (o no) en el trabajo pedag??gico de estos maestros. Las fuentes primarias de investigaci??n constituyense de documentos oficiales que apoyan el Programa Mais Educa????o y 5 cuestionarios respondidos por los maestros de las escuelas de tiempo completo en la ciudad de Barueri. El prop??sito de los cuestionarios era obtener datos sobre la formaci??n de los maestros, la comprensi??n que tienen cerca la educaci??n integral y el an??lisis que hacen del proceso de trabajo educativo despu??s de unirse al Programa Mais Educa????o. Teniendo en cuenta los resultados de esta investigaci??n, podemos decir que hay poco entendimiento entre los maestros del debate sobre la educaci??n integral, no se observan cambios significativos en el trabajo educativo debido a la adhesi??n al Programa Mais Educa????o y las escuelas de tiempo completo en Barueri son vistas como ambientes de ocupaci??n y contenci??n de los ni??os y adolescentes, espacios que ya no est??n formando y se convierten s??lo de protecci??n, de guardia y de reparaci??n de la exclusi??n que sufre la clase trabajadora.No ano de 2013, a Secretaria Municipal de Educa????o de Barueri anunciou a ades??o de 4 escolas de sua rede de ensino ao Programa Mais Educa????o do governo federal. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo compreender a concep????o de educa????o integral que os professores dessas escolas possuem. A problem??tica central do nosso trabalho pode ser desmembrada em duas quest??es: como os professores compreendem os objetivos, os procedimentos, as concep????es e as diretrizes do programa Mais Educa????o, e quais mudan??as ocorreram (ou n??o) no trabalho pedag??gico desses professores. As fontes prim??rias de pesquisa s??o os documentos oficiais que subsidiam o programa Mais Educa????o e 5 question??rios respondidos por professores das escolas de tempo integral do munic??pio de Barueri. O objetivo dos question??rios foi obter dados sobre a forma????o dos docentes, a compreens??o que possuem sobre educa????o integral e a an??lise que fazem do trabalho pedag??gico ap??s a ades??o ao Mais Educa????o.
