Resumo: | Objective: determine the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) of the primary motor cortex combined with treadmill training on the gait, static balance and functional mobility in individuals post-stroke.Materials and Methods: Study I: Study I: A search was conducted in five Medline, PEDro, Lilacs, SciELO and PubMed.Methodological quality was assessed according to the PEDroscale.Study II: A patient with hemiparesis due to ischemic stroke was subjected to a single gait training session on a treadmill associated with tDCS. For evaluation we used a force plate (Kistler 9286BA model).Study III: The sample consisted of 28 post-stroke individuals, randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (EG) n = 14 (gait training on a treadmill +tDCS active) and control group (CG) n = 14 (gait training on a treadmill + tDCS Placebo). The evaluation was performed by means of three-dimensional gait analysis, stabilometry and functional mobility. 10 training sessions were conducted for two consecutive weeks, five sessions per week (20 minutes each).Results:Study I: 14 controlled clinical trials addressing evaluation of static balance and / or dynamic individuals post-stroke were included in the study.Study II: Under the conditions of open and eyes, closed reductions were found in the anterior-posterior oscillation stroke length and speed of oscillation immediately after tDCS.Study III: The EG presented significant result (p <0.05) in (Knee KMSw and K ROM) and (Ankle AMSt, AMSw and A-ROM) and functional mobility. Conclusion: Based on the presented results it suggested that tDCS of the primary motor cortex combined with treadmill training it has an effect on the gait and functional mobility in individuals post-stroke. |

Materiais e M??todos: Estudo I:Foi realizada uma busca em cinco bases de dados Medline, PEDro, Lilacs, SciELO e PubMed,a qualidade metodol??gica foi avaliada com a escala PEDro. Estudo II:Um paciente com hemiparesia decorrente de um AVC isqu??mico foi submetido a uma ??nica sess??o de treino de marcha em esteira associada ?? ETCC. Para avalia????o foi utilizada uma plataforma de for??a (Kistler modelo 9286BA). Estudo III: A amostra foi composta por 28 indiv??duos p??s-AVC, alocados aleatoriamente em dois: grupo experimental (GE) n= 14 (treino de marcha em esteira + ETCC ativa) e grupo controle (GC) n=14 (treino de marcha em esteira + ETCC Placebo). A avalia????o foi realizada por meio de analise tridimensional da marcha, estabilometria e mobilidade funcional. Foram realizados 10 treinos em duas semanas consecutivas, cinco sess??es por semana (20 minutos cada).Resultados: Estudo I: 14 ensaios cl??nicos controlados abordando avalia????o do equil??brio est??tico e/ou din??mico de indiv??duos ap??s - AVC foram inclu??dos no estudo.
