Resumo: | Photobiomodulation (LBI) and Magnetotherapy (MAG) are innovative and non-invasive therapeutic trends, with low cost and effective results. The effects of the electromagnetic field and the photophysical-chemical properties inherent to the therapy used are capable of generating beneficial changes in the body, such as reduction of edema, inflammation, acceleration of healing and analgesia. This study aims to analyze and compare the effects of LLLT at a wavelength of 660 nm and Magnetotherapy (MAG.) at a frequency of 9 Hz, on viability by MTT, cell migration by mechanical injury and dosages of pro and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α and IL-10) in Human Huvecs cells. The cells were divided into 4 groups, group C(Control), group L(LPS), group T(LPS+LASER) and group M(LPS+MAGNETO). For data analysis, means, standard values deviation and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used, with the aid of the 5.0 software (Graph Pad Software, San Diego, CA, USA).Graph PadIn Stat version 3.01. Tukey tests were performed and considered acceptable when p<0.05. All samples were taken in quadruplicate. The present study demonstrated that MAG therapy was superior to group T(LPS+Laser), group L(PS) and group C(Control) in cell viability by MTT, in cell migration after mechanical injury, in groups M(LPS+ MAG) ) and the T(LPS+Laser) group had a greater effect than the C (Control) and L(LPS) group, in the cytokine dosages, all groups did not show statistical significance regarding the pro-inflammatory cytokines, in the expression of the IL-10 cytokine treatment T(LPS+Laser) showed statistical significance. |

Submitted by Nadir Basilio (nadirsb@uninove.br) on 2024-04-08T20:06:32Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Carlos Alberto Ocon.pdf: 1367120 bytes, checksum: b4d52be14d9ff7fca8973a07c413a85d (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2024-04-08T20:06:32Z (GMT).
