Resumo: | The Analysis of the Everyday Life Subsystem Methodology (AELSM), grounded by existential-phenomenology of geography, inserts the subjective dimension of geographical space into the spatial planning theory in order to achieve a more bonded way of managing and zoning land use processes with symbols, feelings, and emotions attached in the territories by people. This proposal is an inductive research result rooted on three points: (1) the theoretical-conceptual approach to joining the characterization and assessing of the “Everyday Life Subsystem” (ELS) into the territorial system, based on the "everyday life spaces” conceptual triad (everyday place, lived space, and territorial-heritage); (2) a mixed methodological design constituted by a spatialized qualitative analysis and a Participatory Geographic Information System; and (3) the situation of the rancheros californios and the Archaeological Zone of the Sierra de San Francisco as an empirical experience theoretically totalized. |
