Laws against the conjunction of alcoholic beverages and steering wheel are designed to protect life. Which is clearly jeopardized when this conjunction is realized. New laws were created to adapt the traffic code to today. Thus become even more effective with the passing of time. The last law Breathalyzer was created to punish offenders more harshly drivers in a quest to reduce these offenses that cause much damage to the whole society. Because the new law is more severe, there are more prisons, duly punishing such offenders. In view of a more strict law, the police are mobilizing in order to punish the offenders. Thus leaving the streets safer.
