The subject of this article is Constitutional Crowdsourcing. This article aims to answer the following problem: "How can social networks influence the constitutional hermeneutic interpretation?" The following hypotheses were considered: to assess the trend of social networks as vehicles for convincing about constitutional issues and to evaluate the possibility of crowdsourcing in the elaboration of constitutional norms. Its general objective is to demonstrate the persuasion of the use of social networks on constitutional hermeneutics and constituent power. For legal operators, it is possible to associate digital technologies with Constitutional Law; for science, the topic addressed supplies the need for tools that provide greater political participation of citizens in constitutional political decisions; society's gain is noticeable, since there is involvement of citizens in the realization of a constitutional text. It is a qualitative research lasting three months.
