Resumo: The classic definition of Court or Court Constitution denotes an institutional body responsible for the judgment of conformation of laws and political acts with the Constitution, which is responsible for last word in the interpretation, realization and guarantee of the Major Charter. In this design, such Court acts with the primary scope of conferring effectiveness of the Constitution, supporting the claim to effectiveness of open concepts.
