Resumo: | Inferring the agreement that the human being is a religions being, the present study intended to build a comprehension of the relationship between human religiosity and education practice. A group of students/educators of a Normal School was formed and followed during their formation process and during their practice of the internship. Realizing the religiosity in this broken up and desacralized world, where the sacred is camouflaged in the profane reality, we see there is a return to the study and practice of the spirituality. That is the reason why other looks on religiosity, by means of physics, psychology, philosophy and theology are taken. We dialoged about spiritual development, connecting life and education, faith and moral development, seeking for a “theory of everything”. We tried to understand that spirituality, education and ethics are connected, resulting in an integrated complex life. Opting for a qualitative approach and participative style, we inquired about the dimension of the human religiosity and the educative practice of a group of seven pupils of the Normal Course, in activities developed in the curricular component of the “Didactic of Religious Instruction”. The necessary data were collected during the probation period of the students, trough descriptive memories of the personal religious life, thoughts shared in the school and an interview. A textual analysis was performed to understand, interpret and present the results of the investigation, through seven categories established a priori for factors of the Spiritual Inventory answered by them. From the analysis, three categories emerged: the world of the pupils, the meaning of the Religious Teaching work, and the teacher’s religiosity and pedagogical practice. The thought of Paul Tillich that faith means to be owned by that which concern us unconditionally, and is an act of the person as whole, helped us to understand the religious phenomenon and the manifestation of faith in our acts, showing the dynamics of the human faith in the sharing process of the being in education practice. The practice of the internship allowed the development of the Religious Teaching, working the religious dimension of the man. A look to the History of Religious Teaching in Brazil and to the experience of the educators made possible to glimpse ways for the formation of teachers in this curricular component and to the development of a more ethical, human and spiritual education. |

Made available in DSpace on 2013-08-07T18:50:26Z (GMT).
