This thesis presents an inquiry carried through in the PUCRS, between April of 2002 and December of 2003, involving the viability of the use of electrical resistances and done graphite capacitors put down on paper, bristol board and plastic, as experimentation auxiliary to the learning of electricity in high school education, specifically in relation to the resistivity contents, calculation of equivalent resistance of series and parallel associations of resistors and capacitors, dependence of the capacitance with area and distance between plates or plate`s format, beyond cylindrical capacitors formed by rolled plates. The low cost technique resultant of this development allows the students to quickly manipulate changeable involved variables in the definition of resistance and electric capacitance, besides allowing it to freely create and to modify associations of resistors and capacitors, using solely a multimeter with capacitance meter function, paper and pencil type 6B. This technique also presents great potential to speed up the process of understanding and learning of these contents because it is pleasant, simple, cockroach and promotes the enrollment and the free participation of all the pupils.
