Resumo: Since the Nutrition Course Pedagogical Project elaborated at the time of its establishment did not reflect any longer its current philosophy, a group of Professors decided for its reorganization. This document concerns to the Dietitians professional historic, its Evolution and also the development of its courses and curricula, mainly in Brazil. Regarding to the “Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas” Nutrition Course, the Group proposes general rules which should guide the curriculum reorganization.
