Resumo: | At the African-diasporas the religion and work were always allies in the socio-cultural dynamics reconfi guration of the black people. Th e article is framed by the ‘Tia Ciata’ acting, she is a typical character in the afro-brazilian cultural universe; a paramount character at the sociability in the “Little Africa” from Rio. To reach the proposed aim it’s going to be using a qualitative system, bondend to bibliographic and ethnographic review so that reconstitution the bond between ‘Tia Ciata’s’ past and theYabás fair black women’s present. We dare to imply that in Brazil Sueli Carneiro as much as Luiza Barros (1995) follow the womanism strand even though they have never calledthemselves like this, however their academic acts as much as their practices confirm the classification. The ride begins from Africa to Bahia and berths at Rio de Janeiro revealingthe religion, politics, economy and playful interfaced compositions of feminine work. |
