Resumo: As we go through the discussions on Structural Racism and Necropolitics, we come closer to a reflection on the constitutions of the political scene that, in the name of a power of continuity, demarcates the place of those who are recognized as life and the space of those who are forged on the fringes. and repeatedly exposed to vulnerability, are destined for death. Mbembe's problematization of biopower demarcates the construction of the subject in line with the insignia of subjectivity that distances itself, as a ventilation of a colonized conception of the world, of black bodies.

Mbembe's problematization of biopower demarcates the construction of the subject in line with the insignia of subjectivity that distances itself, as a ventilation of a colonized conception of the world, of black bodies. Ao atravessarmos as discussões sobre o Racismo Estrutural e a Necropolítica nos aproximamos de uma reflexão acerca das constituições da cena política que demarca espaços de vida e de morte. A problematização do biopoder, aos moldes de Mbembe, demarca a construção do sujeito alinhada às insígnias de subjetividade que se distanciam, como ventilação de uma concepção colonizada de mundo, dos corpos negros. A constatação de uma soberania que se alinha ao interesse perverso de matar aqueles que são constituídos como exceção se liga ao processo permanente de criação de um inimigo comum. Esse inimigo é mantido através de um interesse hegemônico e ideológico que desliza se enraíza nas realidades sociais.
