Resumo: This article aims to analyze the bibliographic production on contemporary slave labor, within the scope of human rights and labor rights, mainly with the aim of summarizing the main findings and contributions, identifying niches, thematic intersectionalities, emerging debates and hints to its mitigation, in addition to deepening understanding, discussion on the topic and its facilitating variables. The guiding question of the investigation was oriented to reveal what the bibliographic production has effectively delivered to the field, through social, political and economic markers. Based on an essentially qualitative and exploratory-descriptive analysis methodology, being conducted inductively, a systematic literature review was carried out. As a result, such reflections lead to the possibility of rich discussions on the subject, which make it possible to promote public policies based on in-depth developments, to combat neo-slavery, by perceiving the different origins and nuances involved in that subject.

As a result, such reflections lead to the possibility of rich discussions on the subject, which make it possible to promote public policies based on in-depth developments, to combat neo-slavery, by perceiving the different origins and nuances involved in that subject.Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar la producción bibliográfica sobre el trabajo esclavo contemporáneo, en el ámbito de los derechos humanos y laborales, principalmente con el objetivo de resumir los principales hallazgos y aportes, identificando nichos, interseccionalidades temáticas, debates emergentes y pistas para su mitigación, en además de profundizar la comprensión, la discusión sobre el tema y sus variables facilitadoras. La pregunta rectora de la investigación se orientó a develar lo que la producción bibliográfica efectivamente ha entregado al campo, a través de marcadores sociales, políticos y económicos. Con base en una metodología de análisis esencialmente cualitativa y exploratoria-descriptiva, siendo realizada de manera inductiva, se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura. Como resultado, tales reflexiones conducen a la posibilidad de ricas discusiones sobre el tema, que posibiliten promover políticas públicas a partir de desarrollos de profundidad, para combatir la neoesclavitud, al percibir los diferentes orígenes y matices que envuelven el referido tema. .Cet article vise à analyser la production bibliographique sur le travail esclave contemporain, dans le cadre des droits de l'homme et des droits du travail, principalement dans le but de résumer les principaux résultats et contributions, d'identifier les niches, les intersectionnalités thématiques, les débats émergents et les indices de son atténuation, en en plus d'approfondir la compréhension, la discussion sur le sujet et ses variables facilitatrices. La question directrice de l'enquête visait à révéler ce que la production bibliographique a effectivement livré au terrain, à travers des marqueurs sociaux, politiques et économiques. Sur la base d'une méthodologie d'analyse essentiellement qualitative et exploratoire-descriptive, menée de manière inductive, une revue systématique de la littérature a été réalisée. En conséquence, de telles réflexions conduisent à la possibilité de discussions riches sur le sujet, qui permettent de promouvoir des politiques publiques basées sur des développements en profondeur, pour lutter contre le néo-esclavage, en percevant les différentes origines et nuances impliquées dans le sujet référé .Questo articolo si propone di analizzare la produzione bibliografica sul lavoro schiavo contemporaneo, nell'ambito dei diritti umani e dei diritti del lavoro, principalmente con l'obiettivo di sintetizzare i principali risultati e contributi, individuando nicchie, intersezionalità tematiche, dibattiti emergenti e accenni alla sua mitigazione, in oltre all'approfondimento, la discussione sul tema e le sue variabili facilitanti. La domanda guida dell'indagine era orientata a rivelare ciò che la produzione bibliografica ha effettivamente consegnato al campo, attraverso indicatori sociali, politici ed economici. Sulla base di una metodologia di analisi essenzialmente qualitativa ed esplorativo-descrittiva, essendo condotta induttivamente, è stata effettuata una revisione sistematica della letteratura. Di conseguenza, tali riflessioni aprono la possibilità di ricche discussioni sul tema, che consentono di promuovere politiche pubbliche basate su sviluppi approfonditi, per combattere la neo-schiavitù, percependo le diverse origini e sfumature coinvolte nella materia in questione .O presente artigo visa analisar a produção bibliográfica sobre trabalho escravo contemporâneo, dentro da seara dos direitos humanos e direitos do trabalho, principalmente, com o fito de sumarizar os principais achados e contribuições, identificar nichos, interseccionalidades temáticas, debates emergentes e acenos para a sua mitigação, além de aprofundar a compreensão, discussão sobre o tema e suas variáveis facilitadoras. A questão norteadora da investigação foi orientada para revelar o que a produção bibliográfica tem entregado efetivamente ao campo, por meio de marcadores sociais políticos e econômicos. Com fulcro na metodologia de análise essencialmente qualitativa e de caráter exploratório-descritivo, sendo conduzida indutivamente, tendo sido realizada uma revisão sistemática de literatura.
