Resumo: | This article proposes a reading of poetic work of Luis Carlos Patraquim, an important Mozambican poet that produces from the post-independence period (after 1975) to contemporary times. Literary "transits" proposed by this poet will be addressed, as well as the themes of "love" and "eroticism" that are noticeable in his lyric. A form of aesthetic baroque”, already foreseen by Virgilio de Lemos, which revolutionized the scenario of modern Mozambican poetry of the twentieth century. Luís Carlos Patraquim erases the diction of ideological poetry proposed by his predecessors, recreating a special form of “aesthetic baroque”, which highlights his ”affection poetics”, and revolutionizes the scenario of modern 20th and 21th centurys Mozambican poetry. Serão abordados “trânsitos” literários propostos por esse poeta, além dos temas do “amor” e do “erotismo” que são perceptíveis em sua lírica. Luís Carlos Patraquim rasura a dicção da poesia ideológica proposta por seus antecessores, recriando uma especial forma de “barroquismo estético”, que evidencia sua “poética dos afetos”, e revoluciona o cenário da moderna poesia moçambicana dos séculos XX e XXI.
