Resumo: This article aims to establish approximations between the theory of representations and the studies of the news. We consider that the connections between the two fields offer theoretical possibilities for the researches that are concerned as, in the daily activity, the journalists contribute to the construction of representations of the culture, the economy and the politics. In short, investigations that treat the journalistic field as a place of construction of the real.
