Enunciative instance in reading: the relationship “I-You” by the president's word

Resumo: The purpose of this article is to analyze and think about the relation “I-you” noticed in an organizational context – the president’s words of a furniture industry which are presented in its integration guide –, in order to verify how the constitution of meaning is given in enunciative instances, especially in reading. Therefore, we use Benvenistian Theory of Enunciation as the main theory. The analysis shows us the discourse instance, an enunciative one, underlies some political-ideological issues as well as hierarchical, which are based on cultural and social aspects of the organization.

Para isso, toma-se como principal aporte teórico a teoria enunciativa benvenistiana.
