Summary: From Bakhtin, Medvedev and Volochinov’s Circle (BMVC) epistemological field, in dialogue with aspects of Foucaultian philosophy, we aim here to analyze the discursive processes of women’s representation in São Paulo City Council Bill 01-00352/2019, by which symbolic acts of violence are instituted against the autonomy and the body of female figure, to whom, consequently, there is no room for representation by her own voice. In order to do that, we preferentially base ourselves on Mikhail Bakhtin’s (2010, 2011, 2017 and 2019) concepts of word in absence, utterance, architectonic, dialogism, gnosiologism and monologism, articulating them, when necessary, with the philosophical domains of Michel Foucault (1999 and 2002), in order to understand certain faces of discursive phenomena.

Editora da PUCRS - ediPUCRS2020-03-25info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/letronica/article/view/3624310.15448/1984-4301.2020.2.36243Letrônica; Vol. 13 No. 2 (2020): The Discourse of Intolerance in Contemporaneity; e36243Letrônica; v. 13 n. 2 (2020): Discurso Intolerante na Contemporaneidade; e362431984-430110.15448/1984-4301.2020.2reponame:letrônicainstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS)instacron:PUC_RSporhttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/letronica/article/view/36243/26126Copyright (c) 2020 Letrônicahttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessDias, Fábio Luiz de CastroBotelho, Marina AlvarengaVillarta-Neder, Marco Antonio2020-08-13T17:46:16Zoai:ojs.revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br:article/36243Revistahttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/letronicaPRIhttps://revistaseletronicas.pucrs.br/ojs/index.php/letronica/oailetronica@pucrs.br||ivanetemileski@gmail.com1984-43011984-4301opendoar:2020-08-13T17:46:16letrônica - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS)false
