Chatbots for teacher training: New possibilities for network learning

Resumo: This text is an excerpt from the doctoral thesis entitled: “Fact-checking education: identification, production and combat of narratives in networks”, which aims to understand the context of the emergence of fake news and its repercussions, in order to develop research methodologies -formation in cyberculture (Santos 2015) in times of post-truth (Santaella 2018). Here we present formative uses of chatbots for teaching mediation with cultural practitioners through the linking of narratives and images produced in the context of research. We started from the theoretical-methodological repertoire of research-training in cyberculture to propose the research device “Reglus Chatbot” to subvert the uses of the devices used in our daily lives and understand other formative environments in cyberspace. The field of research is the daily routine of the subject “Informatics in Education” of the distance education course at UERJ, where we investigate new ways of thinking about networked teacher education.

Aquí presentamos usos formativos de chatbots para la enseñanza de la mediación con practicantes culturales a través de la vinculación de narrativas e imágenes producidas en el contexto de la investigación. Partimos del repertorio teórico-metodológico de la investigación-formación en cibercultura para proponer el dispositivo de investigación “Reglus Chatbot” para subvertir los usos de los dispositivos utilizados en nuestra vida diaria y comprender otros entornos formativos del ciberespacio. El campo de investigación es la rutina diaria de la asignatura “Informática en la educación” del curso de educación a distancia de la UERJ, donde investigamos nuevas formas de pensar sobre la formación del profesorado en red.O presente texto é um recorte da tese de doutoramento denominada: “Fact-checking education: identificação, produção e combate de narrativas nas redes”, que pretende compreender o contexto da emergência das fake news e suas repercussões, para desenvolver metodologias de pesquisa-formação na cibercultura (Santos 2015) em tempos de pós-verdade (Santaella 2018). Apresentamos aqui usos formativos de chatbots para a mediação docente com praticantes culturais através do encadeamento de narrativas e imagens produzidas em contexto de pesquisa. Partimos do repertório teórico-metodológico da pesquisa-formação na cibercultura para a proposição do dispositivo de pesquisa “Reglus Chatbot” para subverter os usos dos dispositivos utilizados em nosso cotidiano e compreender outras ambiências formativas no ciberespaço. O campo da pesquisa é o cotidiano da disciplina “Informática na Educação” do curso de Pedagogia a distância da UERJ onde investigamos novas formas de pensar a formação docente em rede.
