Novelistic discourse and discourse of memories: Reading of A república dos sonhos and of Coração andarilho, by Nélida Piñon

Resumo: The reading of Coração andarilho, published in 2009, evokes the reading of the novel A república dos sonhos, a work of 1984, both written by Nélida Piñon. In the reader’s memory, the parallelism may seem very marked. The memorialist Nélida brings to remembrance the writer character Breta. The extentto which Nélida’s life experience is utilized in the construction of Breta may be, from the factual point of view, a curiosity, but it is not a literary question. What will be grasped in this approach is how both novelist and memorialist discursive constitution work. The relations established with the referential are not of thesame order. The fictional discourse and the memorialist discourse are examined, seeking similarities and differences, aiming to understand the resources that allow the creation of the fictional truth. The most consistent theoretical contribution is found in Ricoeur, whether regarding the reciprocity between narrativity and temporality (1994), or the way memory and imagination work (2007).

En la memoria del lector, el paralelismo puede presentarse de manera bien subrayada. Esa perspectiva memorialista de Nélida le permite a uno acordarse del personaje Breta, quien es una escritora. Aunque la experiencia de vida de Nélida pueda ser aprovechada en la construcción de Breta desde una mirada factual, esta curiosidad no resulta una cuestión literaria. Lo que se intentará plasmar en este abordaje es demostrar cómo se construye la constitución discursiva novelesca y de memorias. Las relaciones establecidas con la referencia no son del mismo orden. El discurso ficcional y el discurso de memorias serán investigados, buscando semejanzas y diferencias, con el reto de determinar los recursos que le permiten a la narrativa crear la verdad ficcional. El marco teórico más consistente está basado en Ricoeur, sea por lo de la reciprocidad entre la narración y la temporalidad (1994), sea por lo del funcionamiento de la memoria y de la imaginación (2007).  A leitura de Coração Andarilho, lançado em 2009, evoca a leitura do romance A república dos sonhos, obra de 1984. Na memória do leitor, o paralelismo pode parecer muito marcado. A Nélida memorialista traz à lembrança a personagem escritora Breta. Em que medida a experiência de vida de Nélida é aproveitada na construção de Breta pode ser, do ponto de vista factual, uma curiosidade, mas não é uma questão literária. O que se intentará apreender nesta abordagem é como funciona a constituição discursiva romanesca e a memorialista. As relações estabelecidas com o referencial não são da mesma ordem. O discurso ficcional e o discurso memorialístico serão examinados, buscando semelhanças e diferenças, no intuito de apreender os recursos que permitem criar a verdade ficcional.
