The creation of a Web-rádio as meaningful place for the teaching and learning of Portuguese

Resumo: This text presents reflections on the teaching and learning of Portuguese in two classes of the final years of Basic Education of a Brazilian public school. Part of a bigger investigation – a project that produced two master’s dissertations and two doctoral theses, as well as other scientific products – which developed several actions of research, in this school. In this clipping, part of a doctoral thesis, we aim to present some data concerning the linguistic-discursive reflections of students in the context of the creation of a web-radio. For this purpose, the discursive genres seminar, summary, radio soap opera, interview and radio news are considered as objects of teaching. The theoretical framework is the enunciative-dialogic theory of Bakhtin and the Circle (2002, 2004), Volochínov (2013, 2017) allied to the theory of learning and development of Vygotsky (2004, 2007), to the discussions on multiliteracies (THE NEW LONDON GROUP, 1996), digital literacies (DUDENEY; HOCKLY; PEGRUM, 2016) and critical literacy, Freire (1987, 2000), Pereira (2009). The approached methodology was of qualitative aspect, of dialogic nature, of the type action research. The data revealed that the project contributed to the development of different literacy practices, those that refer to the use of digital media and those linked to the reflective analysis of language in different texts, contexts and discourses. Furthermore, the proposal to create a web-radio in a school context contributed to the interest of students with their learning and the interactions between peers promoted a collaborative and autonomous space.

Hace parte de una investigación más amplia – un proyecto que dio lugar a dos tesis de maestría y dos tesis doctorales y otros productos científicos – que desarrolló diversas acciones de investigación en esta escola. En este extracto, parte de una tesis, pretendemos presentar algunos datos referentes a reflexiones lingüísticos y discursivos de estudiantes, en el contexto de la creación de una web-radio. Así, considerandose los géneros discursivos, el seminario, el resumen, la radionovela, la entrevista y el informativo radiofónico como objetos de enseñanza. El aporte teórico consiste en los estudios enunciativos de Bakhtin y el Círculo (2002, 2004), Volochínov (2013, 2017) aliados a la teoría del aprendizaje y el desarrollo de Vygotsky (2004, 2007), las discusiones sobre multiliteracidad (THE NEW LONDON GROUP, 1996), Literacidad digital (DUDENEY; HOCKLY; PEGRUM, 2016) y literacidad crítica, Freire (1987, 2000), Pereira (2009). La metodología abordada es cualitativa, de naturaleza dialógica, de tipo investigación acción. Los datos revelaron que el proyecto puede contribuir al desarrollo de distintas prácticas de literacidad, tanto las que se refieren al uso de medios digitales como las vinculadas al análisis reflexivo en diferentes textos, contextos y discursos. Además, la propuesta de crear una web-radio en un contexto escolar contribuyó al interés de los estudiantes con su aprendizaje y las interacciones entre pares promovieron un espacio colaborativo y autónomo.Este texto apresenta reflexões sobre o ensino-aprendizagem de Língua Portuguesa em duas turmas dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública brasileira. Parte de uma investigação maior – um projeto que deu origem a duas dissertações de mestrado e duas teses de doutorado, além de outros produtos científicos – que desenvolveu diversas ações de pesquisa nessa escola. Neste recorte, trazemos reflexões referentes à parte dos dados de uma dessas teses de doutorado, objetivamos apresentar dados referentes a reflexões linguístico-discursivas de estudantes do Ensino Fundamental no contexto da criação de uma web-rádio. Para tal, consideraram-se os gêneros discursivos seminário, resumo, radionovela, entrevista e notícia radiofônica como objetos de ensino. O aporte teórico constituiu-se dos estudos enunciativos de Bakhtin e o Círculo (2002, 2004) Volochínov (2013, 2017), aliados à teoria da aprendizagem e desenvolvimento de Vygotsky (2004, 2007), às discussões sobre multiletramentos (THE NEW LONDON GROUP, 1996), letramentos digitais (DUDENEY; HOCKLY; PEGRUM, 2016) e letramento crítico Freire (1987, 1996), Pereira (2009). A metodologia é de caráter qualitativo, de natureza dialógica, do tipo pesquisa-ação. Os dados desvelaram que o projeto pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento de diferentes práticas letradas, tanto as que se referem ao uso das mídias digitais, quanto as ligadas à análise reflexiva da língua em diferentes textos, contextos e discursos.
