The SNI and the production of counter-information to parana and santa catarina’s press about Marumbi and Green Belly Operations (1975-76)

Resumo: This paper analyses the counter-information production and propagation process by the unpublished archives from the National Information Service (SNI) agency of Curitiba relative to Marumbi (PR) and Green Belly (SC) Operations that hunted down political activists and PCB supporters during the years of 1975 and 1976. To base the analyses and comprehension of the documental research, the files were intentionally selected from the SNI archive of Parana and Santa Catarina, that are in a systematization process. As results, it was identified two distinctive fronts of counter-information production that were distribuited for mass media propagation: 1°) official notes manufectured by the repression agents; 2°) messages imputed to the victims that regretted their subversion actions. Nevertheless, it was identified on both fronts the ideological elements of anticommunism that characterizes the National Security doctrine.

Nevertheless, it was identified on both fronts the ideological elements of anticommunism that characterizes the National Security doctrine.Este artículo analiza los procesos de producción y difusión de la contrainformación a partir de los archivos inéditos de la agencia del Servicio Nacional de Información (SNI) de Curitiba, relacionados con las Operaciones Marumbi (PR) y Barriga Verde (SC) que persiguieron a militantes políticos y simpatizantes del PCB en los años 1975 y 1976. Para subsidiar el análisis y la comprensión desde la perspectiva de la investigación documental, las fuentes fueron seleccionadas intencionalmente del archivo del SNI de los estados de Paraná y Santa Catarina, que se encuentra en proceso de sistematización. Como resultado, se identificaron dos frentes distintos de producción de contrainformación, que fueron distribuidos para una amplia difusión en la prensa: 1º) informes oficiales elaborados por agentes de la represión; 2º) mensajes con autoría atribuida a víctimas que lamentaron su accionar subversivo. Sin embargo, en ambos frentes se identificaron los elementos ideológicos de anticomunismo propios de la doctrina de la Seguridad Nacional.O presente artigo analisa os processos de produção e difusão das contrainformações a partir dos arquivos inéditos da agência Curitiba do Serviço Nacional de Informações (SNI), relativos às Operações Marumbi (PR) e Barriga Verde (SC) que perseguiram militantes políticos e partidários do PCB nos anos de 1975 e 1976. Para subsidiar a análise e compreensão sob a perspectiva da pesquisa documental, as fontes foram intencionalmente selecionadas no arquivo do SNI dos estados do Paraná e Santa Catarina, que está em processo de sistematização.  Como resultados, identificou-se duas frentes distintas da produção de contrainformação que foram distribuídas para ampla divulgação nos órgãos de imprensa: 1º) informes oficiais produzidos por agentes da repressão; 2º) mensagens com autoria atribuída às vítimas que se arrependeram da atuação subversiva.
