Resumo: Telework is a type of work, in which the server performs its activities outside the unit’s dependencies. At the Manaus Free Trade Zone Superintendence (Suframa), teleworking was instituted by official government authorization for a pilot experience. Thus, the objective of this research is to analyze the impact of Telework on the analysis of research, development and innovation projects at Suframa. Therefore, productivity was measured before and after the experience, taking into account the number of projects analyzed and the time to analyze them. The results showed that telework positively impacted in the Suframa productivity.

En la Superintendencia de la Zona Franca de Manaus (Suframa), se instituyó el teletrabajo mediante autorización oficial del gobierno para una experiencia piloto. Así, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar el impacto del Teletrabajo en el análisis de proyectos de investigación, desarrollo e innovación en Suframa. Por tanto, la productividad se midió antes y después de la experiencia, teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de proyectos analizados y el tiempo para analizarlos. Los resultados mostraron que el Teletrabajo tuvo un impacto positivo en la productividad.O Teletrabalho é uma modalidade de trabalho, na qual o servidor executa as suas atividades fora das dependências da unidade. Na Superintendência da Zona Franca de Manaus (Suframa), o teletrabalho foi instituído via autorização oficial do governo para uma experiência piloto. Com isso, o objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar o impacto do Teletrabalho nas análises de projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação na Suframa. Para tanto, aferiu-se a produtividade antes e após a experiência, levando em consideração o número de projetos analisados e o tempo para analisá-los.
