Resumo: This study aimed to describe the position of people’s health as an organizational value in a national financial services company. We conducted a quantitative study with the international adapted questionnaire, developed for this purpose, in two groups of human resources professionals. The results showed a positive perception about the company’s concern for the health of employees in both groups. Statistical analysis showed that the tenure and academic degree may influence the perception of the culture of health.

Realizou-se um estudo quantitativo, com a adaptação de um questionário internacional, em dois grupos de profissionais da área de recursos humanos.
