Internal recruitment benchmarking: study in a company in the automotive sector in the ABC region of São Paulo.

Resumo: | There are some cultural and practical aspects of a company that can differentiate its internal recruitment processes. This research defined that there was a need to know and collect some data and information on how internal recruitment occurs in other companies. The forms of posting and dissemination, the process of approving vacancies and the forms of feedback and preparation of the leadership were the main focuses of the research, but a questionnaire was made that encompassed the entire process, to understand from end to end how the process happens in the companies interviewed. The questionnaire was designed by the host company's recruitment and selection team, which took into account all the steps of a process like this as it currently happens. The aspects selected for study are discussed in this work through the responses of six companies, which were contacted to carry out a benchmarking survey, to compare the current process of the company and the other invited companies. |

Esta investigación definió que existía la necesidad de conocer y recopilar algunos datos e información sobre cómo se da el reclutamiento interno en otras empresas. Las formas de publicación y difusión, el proceso de aprobación de vacantes y las formas de retroalimentación y preparación de los liderazgos fueron los focos principales de la investigación, pero se elaboró un cuestionario que abarcó todo el proceso, para entender de punta a punta cómo funcionaba el proceso. ocurre en las empresas entrevistadas. El cuestionario fue diseñado por el equipo de reclutamiento y selección de la empresa anfitriona, que tuvo en cuenta todos los pasos de un proceso como este como el que se lleva a cabo actualmente. Los aspectos seleccionados para el estudio son discutidos en este trabajo a través de las respuestas de seis empresas, las cuales fueron contactadas para realizar una encuesta de benchmarking, para comparar el proceso actual de la empresa y las demás empresas invitadas.Há alguns aspectos práticos e de cultura em uma empresa que podem diferenciar seus processos de recrutamento interno. Esta pesquisa definiu que existia a necessidade de conhecer e coletar alguns dados e informações de como o recrutamento interno ocorre em outras empresas. As formas de postagem e divulgação, o processo de aprovação de vagas e as formas de feedback e preparo da liderança eram os principais focos da pesquisa, porém foi feito um questionário que englobava todo o processo, para se entender de ponta a ponta como o processo acontece nas empresas entrevistadas. O questionário foi idealizado pelo time de recrutamento e seleção da empresa anfitriã, que levaram em consideração todos os passos de um processo como este da forma como acontece atualmente.
