Resumo: The article aims to present a management model based on scientific literature and applicable to military doctrine, highlighting the inclusion of theories of administration and management. It is a case study, with a qualitative approach and is based on bibliographic research. After examining scientific production and describing the current corporate model, the Professional Armed Forces model was chosen, considered compatible with the current context of corporate transformations. It will allow the construction of a new design that integrates processes and values human capital in its strategy in the search for corporate results and professional performance.

Es un estudio de caso, con un enfoque cualitativo en base de la investigación bibliográfica. Después de examinar la producción científica y describir el modelo corporativo actual, se eligió el modelo de las Fuerzas Armadas Profesionales, considerado compatible con el contexto actual de las transformaciones corporativas. Permitirá la construcción de una nueva arquitectura que integra procesos y valores del capital humano en su estrategia en la búsqueda de resultados corporativos y desempeño profesional.O artigo objetiva apresentar um modelo gerencial embasado na literatura científica e aplicável à doutrina castrense, destacando a inclusão de teorias da administração e gestão. Trata-se de um estudo de caso, de abordagem qualitativa e se baseia em pesquisa bibliográfica. Após o exame da produção científica e da descrição do atual modelo corporativo, procedeu-se à eleição do modelo de Forças Armadas Profissionais, tido como compatível ao atual contexto de transformações corporativas.
