Christological Lines of Medellín

Resumo: This article represents a part of a larger study which analyzes the five Latin American and Caribbean episcopate’s General Conferences in a Christological perspective, the subject of my PhD. Although the Medellín conference does not elaborate a systematic Christology, we might find some Christological elements into it I will forward present the Christological strands of the second Conference and then dwell on some contexts and contributions that served to give rise to them. After that, I will list the repercussions of the Medellín Christological lines on the nascent Christology of liberation.

Nonostante la conferenza di Medellín non elabori una cristologia sistematica, si possono incontrare delle linee cristologiche che emergono dai documenti.
