It is through Popular Religiosity that many Native Peoples express their faith and one of them are the mayordomías. Each one inserted in a different community and culture, in this case, they are in the Mè'phàà culture. This culture has an identity based on one of its ancient activities, the work with the skin. It also has different deities, one of which is celebrated on the same day as the Mayordomia de Sn Marcos, thus creating a religious syncretism. To avoid this type of confusion, we propose a formation to the stewardships from the "Human Promotion" and the "Lay Movements" of the Medellin document. This would help to create bases for future small Base Communities, which would start from the method see judge act to transform the reality of their communities and to face the injustices, the mining companies that want to plunder their territories and the insecurity of the region
