Sociedade líquida e tecnológica: uma análise pela reafirmação dos direitos fundamentais brasileiros

Resumo: This research aims to analyze the current technological society, through the philosophical bias of Zygmunt Bauman, who calls it a liquid society, which is likely to be consumerist, but also to be consumed, analyzing reasons why it brings liquidity , as well as resulting in a society of tiredness analyzed by Byung-Chul Han, combining the advances in new technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence with the continuous use of users in their daily lives on the internet, such as in social networks, thus demonstrating in which contexts there are transgressions of new technologies and the internet regarding the use of data in today's society without effectively understanding the seriousness of violations of fundamental rights, centered on the dignity of the human person. In addition, advances in technology will be analyzed in a small historical clipping, passing through the Industrial Revolutions, as well as a historical analysis of Fundamental Rights and their dimensions, which will provide a basis to support the reaffirmation of fundamental rights in the face of transgressions of new technologies in the current society

In addition, advances in technology will be analyzed in a small historical clipping, passing through the Industrial Revolutions, as well as a historical analysis of Fundamental Rights and their dimensions, which will provide a basis to support the reaffirmation of fundamental rights in the face of transgressions of new technologies in the current societyA presente pesquisa tem como objetivo a análise da atual sociedade tecnológica, pelo viés filosófico de Zygmunt Bauman, o qual a denomina como sendo uma sociedade líquida, sendo esta passível de ser consumista, mas também a ser consumida, analisando motivos pelos quais traz a liquidez, bem como resultará numa sociedade do cansaço analisada por Byung-Chul Han, aliando-se aos avanços das novas tecnologias, como a Inteligência Artificial ao uso contínuo dos usuários em seu dia a dia pela internet, como nas redes sociais, demonstrando, assim, em quais contextos há transgressões das novas tecnologias e da internet quanto à utilização de dados da atual sociedade sem que haja, efetivamente, a compreensão da gravidade quanto a violações dos direitos fundamentais, como centro a dignidade da pessoa humana.
