O feminino como resgate do humano em ambientes corporativos

Resumo: The present article has its object of studying the feminine of the woman, aiming specifically to analyze her multiple roles in the contemporary society, together with the snippet of this gender in the leaders of Brazilian corporations. In this way, it proposes the rescue of women's feminine as the difference to be exalted and valued in corporate environments of medium and large companies, which in turn move away from truly humanized values and from a society in which the equity of rights is the same to everyone belonging to any culture. A reflection on the still patriarchal societal culture that exalts the "natural female self" in the private life of homes while in public and social life brings it to light as a fragility. A psychoanalytical vision of the feminine still hidden by women and men due to the incessant search of association with power

Deste modo, propõe o resgate o feminino da mulher como o diferente a ser exaltado e valorizado em ambientes corporativos de médias e grandes empresas, que por sua vez se afastam dos valores verdadeiramente humanizados e de uma sociedade a qual a equidade dos direitos é a mesma a todos pertencentes a qualquer cultura.
