Resumo: | In this paper, it will be presented the relation between visual arts and the public space, especially at the underground stations in São Paulo (Brazil) and Santiago (Chile), and its association with some heterothopic, multi-systems and topoanalysis concepts. Aiming the analysis of complex relations established between urban environment, art and culture in America, besides promoting artistic dialogue in São Paulo (Brazil) and Santiago (Chile) within the context of a Latin-American integration. This journey focus on cultural dynamics related to processes of creation and mediation. Therefore, the culture is developed from symbolic relations which allows interactions and cultural mediations. Hence, considering these cultural processes as spaces where it may transmit several interfaces of the Humankind. This research intends to revalidate the importance of visual arts for the society and for culture proposing a new optic over the link between art and city. It is considered that artistic manifestations in a location where the scenic space defines an urban landscape, allowing endless expressions complemented by its own city culture. In this sense, the construction of the space is made from multiple performances in that place, considering elements built not only by concrete structures but also alive organisms. The adopted methodology has been set up from a logical comprehension of the organisation of the space in the cities and its integration with the time and the visual arts, based on a former reflection about theoretical possibilities which weaves the purpose of this analysis. Furthermore, it will be considered the approach of cartography, once, in art research, it acts as experimentation of thought, related to knowledge that emerges from the fact of doing, of demarcating the place (territory) to make it a space |

Furthermore, it will be considered the approach of cartography, once, in art research, it acts as experimentation of thought, related to knowledge that emerges from the fact of doing, of demarcating the place (territory) to make it a spaceNo presente trabalho, discorreremos sobre a relação das artes visuais e o espaço público, sobretudo nas estações de metrô das cidades de São Paulo (Brasil) e Santiago (Chile), e sua relação com os conceitos de heterotopia, polissistema e topoanálise. Objetivamos analisar as relações complexas que ocorrem entre espaço urbano, arte e cultura na América Latina e promover o diálogo artístico entre as cidades de São Paulo (Brasil) e Santiago (Chile) no contexto da integração latino-americana. Nossa trajetória tem como foco as dinâmicas culturais em suas relações com os processos de criação e mediação. Dessa forma, a cultura desenvolve-se a partir das relações simbólicas que permitem que as interações e mediações culturais produzam sentido. Os processos culturais funcionam, portanto, como espaços nos quais são transmitidas as múltiplas interfaces da vivência humana. A pesquisa pretende revalidar a importância das artes visuais para a sociedade e para a cultura e sugerir um novo olhar sobre o modo de relação da arte com a cidade. Acreditamos que a manifestação artística em um lugar onde o espaço cênico é a paisagem urbana possibilita infinitas expressões que se completam com a própria cultura da cidade. Nesse sentido, a construção da espacialidade se dá a partir de diversos elementos que estão presentes naquele lugar, valendo-se de elementos que não são construídos apenas de estruturas físicas, como também de organismos vivos que as compõem. Os procedimentos metodológicos dos quais nos valeremos foram tecidos a partir do entendimento da lógica da configuração do espaço das cidades e sua relação com o tempo e com as artes visuais, a partir de uma prévia reflexão acerca das possibilidades teóricas que tecem nosso objeto de análise. Nesse sentido, abordaremos o método da cartografia, uma vez que, na pesquisa em arte, ele atua como experimentação do pensamento, vinculada a um saber que emerge do faze, de forma a demarcar um lugar (território) e significá-lo como espaçoCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/49784/Angela%20Patricia%20Felipe%20Gama.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Comunicação e SemióticaPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Filosofia, Comunicação, Letras e ArtesComunicação visual na arteArtes VisuaisEspaços públicosArte latino-americanaArte públicaVisual communication in artVisual ArtsPublic spacesArt, Latin AmericanPublic artCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADAS::COMUNICACAOComunicação, arte e cultura: cartografias da América Latina nos metrôs de São Paulo (Brasil) e Santiago (Chile)Communication, art and culture: cartography of Latin America of São Paulo (Brazil) and Santiago (Chile) underground systemsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/embargoedAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTAngela Patricia Felipe Gama.pdf.txtAngela Patricia Felipe Gama.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain319769https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/22430/4/Angela%20Patricia%20Felipe%20Gama.pdf.txtf7fff97456f8c2e38654d66ffd2bbbaaMD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
