This paper focuses on the presentation, so schematic and practice about the basics necessary for an understanding of the topic in order to discuss the settlement of collective judgment and execution in accordance with the rules of compliance and enforcement of judgment , introduced by Law n. 11.232/2005 and 11.382/2006. To introduce the topic was initially prepared a brief historical overview of the emergence of collective action and its end, and its forms provided throughout the Brazilian legal system. Then, as delimiting the theme of work, it sought the analysis of collective actions and their objects, referencing the species of collective rights. Finally, spoke up about the implementation and the peculiarities of this collective process, beyond the concern with defending the run, considering that usually it is entrepreneur or entrepreneurial company, and that the execution of reckless collective decision can mean the infeasibility of the company
