The advent of the global pandemic, declared in March 2020, due to the covid19 outbreak, has emerged the relevance of international cooperation among the States in political and economic fields. Based on Integration Law principles, this study explores tackling strategy developed by the biggest two economic groups in the present time, Mercosur and European Union, over its first year. This assessment outlook brings up the comparison between the legal structures of these international organizations, as well as how their internal systems contribute to several regional integrationist actions to tackle a global crisis.
