The object of this dissertation is the Fernando Haddad s electoral campaign to São Paulo prefecture. To note the way that it happened. It´s a critical study approached by the multiples contexts and meannings which had composed it. On that time was in course the party s renovation of the Workers Party (PT). New names with a new profile that was testing their electoral viability. Also, the Workers Party was trying to change the municipal and national correlation of force to continue the political project that was developed by the federal governal. See the developed of this questions in the São Paulo election of 2012 is the intention of this project. Studying in a critical point of view the new petista moment
