This research comes from the presupposed that the organizations without lucrative fins are more and more pressured for demands of service in the field of performance or in the communities where they are in. With the objective of expanding her capacities of attending, they carry out the mission and assure the sustainability of her actions. These organizations look to effective the partnership with entities, governments and public companies or private company. These pressures are demanding a new way of administering the sustainability in the scenario of third sector. For this it is necessary that the management team look for new tools of management. The strategic planning constitute in a methodology of analyses of the internal and external conditions of the organizations, that will make possible to make analyze of her potentiality and weakness, reducing the tensions and turbulences that may threat its process and trajectory. The elaboration and evaluation of social projects as tool for a professional management grant the institutional sustainability. Coming from this presupposed, the work of researching aim to identify if the members performing in organizations without lucrative fins, have the understanding of the importance of adopting tools to get know the professional management. The methodology adopted for this work was the study of unique case. In the process if researching the emphases was give in the verification of the process of a professional management inside of an organization and also the elaboration and evaluation of social projects. To analyze the every day of the activities developed for the organization and your characteristics features were pointed out the importance of prioritizing the planning, the chronogram of activities, to organize the human resources to meet the objectives, the involvement of team with the whole organization to grant the quality of the services and the realization of the mission
