Resumo: To answer to the question: what is behavior therapy for B.F. Skinner, chapters of three of his books are analysed: Science and Human Bbehavior (1953), Reforce contingencies: a theoretical analysis (1984) and Recent Issues in the Analysis of Behavior (1991). The reading and re-reading of these chapters took to the building of squares on which is highlightened the author´s prescriptions regarding the action on behavior therapy, grouped, at least, on three main subjects: environment, control and therapy, from this analysis was extracted possible activities attibuted to behavior therapy,from skinneriano point of view
