The present work, from the psychoanalytic concept of "narcissism of small differences", has as objectives investigate when the difference becomes intolerant in the psyche and we are actually killing the other, traveling especially the works of Freud and how he made his thoughts about the phenomenon of intolerance to the difference of the other. It Search examine how the notion of this concept developed along the Freudian thought and its relationship with the destructiveness. It is also intended to raise issues inherent to the human person and the Psychoanalysis, in which it is proposed that discuss the engagement of the psychoanalyst in civilization and as a clinic can contribute to tackling the inherent evil in the net social welfare. For such investigations, we attempted to perform a bibliographic survey, with the purpose of reviewing the existing literatures, aiming at the conceptual linkage with the issues raised, in an interlocution with the theorical framework of Psychoanalysis
