Resumo: | Virtuals Social Net: a study on Catholicism and Youth, refers to the structure of a new religious scenario identified inside of the internet, starring by new group of young faithers that articulete theirs groups using social mídias. This allowed to create a new concept of generation. In the literature of Mannheim (1950, 1952, 1982), it was possible to identify residual categories in this author's propositions and their concept and, from there, allowed to elaborate the generational scope of this thesis, by elaborating a new concept more consistent and atualized with our globalized and technologic reality, once inside of elected enviroment for the research, the social mobility happens, based on a group of gerational tools that intermediate the process. By consequence of that, the research identified a new way of social relationship based on bidimensional between human and machine, which I named programed social relation (PSR), which I showed as being the promoter of a new garational dynamic. For elaborate the teoric content, I searched referentials authors in technology area (Castells, 2001, 2002; Turkle, 1997, 2005) and also inside the religion anda catholicism area of studies (Carranza, 2000, 2011; Hervieu-Léger, 1990, 2000, 2005, 2008). To create the central concept of the thesis, I based myself on the Carles Feixa studies (2000, 2006) and on the theory Actor-Network Theory, developed by Bruno Latour (2009, 2012), that allowed me identified inside of virtuals social networks, tools the play as a actors, therefor, interfering on the interactives niches created in this enviroments. In the practical scope, I adopted the qualitative methodology facing the virtuals social net. For that, I appropriated of the virtual ethnographic concepts, consulting the Cristine Hine's (2004) referential writing Virtual Ethnographic. All this path allow to elaborate a new view of the concept of Generation, and build a closer view of the currently challenge of the brazilian catholicism facing a hibrid youth, that revelete a difuse faith and they are able to discuss, freely and openly, conflictants points of view about religion starring the gestation of new catholicisms in our context |

A pesquisa possibilitou elaborar um novo olhar ao conceito de gerações. A leitura de Mannheim (1950, 1952, 1982), permitiu identificar categorias residuais nas proposições efetuadas sobre gerações e, a partir daí, compor o escopo geracional da presente tese, pela elaboração de um conceito mais consistente e próximo à nossa realidade globalizada e tecnológica, uma vez que no interior dos ambientes eleitos para a pesquisa, a mobilidade social ocorre mediada por um conjunto de ferramentas geracionais que intermediam o processo. Como consequência disso, a pesquisa identificou um novo tipo de relação social baseado numa dupla dimensão entre o sujeito e a máquina, à qual denomino Relação Social Programada (RSP), que apresento como sendo promotora de uma nova dinâmica geracional. Para elaborar o conteúdo referencial, consultei autores de referência na área da tecnologia (Castells, 2001, 2002; Turkle, 1997, 2005), também na área de estudos sobre religião e catolicismo (Carranza, 2000, 2011; Hervieu-Léger, 1990, 2000, 2005, 2008). E para a formulação central da tese, fui subsidiado pelos estudos de Carles Feixa (2000, 2006) e pela teoria ator-rede, desenvolvida por Bruno Latour (2009, 2012), que permitiu identificar nas redes sociais virtuais, ferramentas que atuam como atores, interferindo, portanto, nos nichos interativos que se formam nesses ambientes. No âmbito prático, adotei a metodologia qualitativa mediante o acesso às redes sociais virtuais. Para tanto, me apropriei dos conceitos de etnografia virtual a partir da consulta à obra de referência Etnografia Virtual, de Cristine Hine (2004). Todo esse percurso permitiu elaborar uma releitura do conceito de geração e construir uma visão mais próxima do desafio hoje enfrentado pelo catolicismo no Brasil diante de uma juventude híbrida, que revela uma fé difusa e é capaz de discutir de forma livre e aberta pontos de vista conflitantes sobre religião, protagonizando a gestação de novos catolicismos em nosso contextoCoordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/48889/Paulo%20de%20Tarso%20Roma%20De%20Oliveira.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Ciências SociaisPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Ciências SociaisCatolicismoJovens católicosRedes sociais on-lineCatholicismCatholic youthOnline social networksCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADASRedes sociais virtuais: um estudo sobre catolicismo e juventudeinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTPaulo de Tarso Roma De Oliveira.pdf.txtPaulo de Tarso Roma De Oliveira.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain546298https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/22135/4/Paulo%20de%20Tarso%20Roma%20De%20Oliveira.pdf.txtf25df5feda0dc84683c52713ed204addMD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
