This concluding work has a central theme the administrator as the director of the process of ongoing education for the teaching staff. The great question, what is the role of the school administrator in face of the ongoing formation of the teaching staff, is the subject of attention in this work. A reflection was expanded on and has its beginning in personal experiences, which motivated the choice of the theme and goes through the deepening of the questions that refers to education, administration and ongoing teaching formation, using the theoretical support of Paulo Freire, Heloisa Luck, Edgar Morin, Antônio Nóvoa and others. Simultaneous with this reflection, we developed a research-action- intervention that involved teachers and students in a public school in a suburb of São Paulo, from the Project Think and Do Ligabue‟. Even in a exploratory aspect, it shows an analysis of the results, its importance and partial impacts of this Project. The project, built in partnership between the State School Professor Salvador Ligabue and SIPEB (Society of Popular Instruction and Social Welfare Work), worked with pedagogic games to promote the cognitive development of the students of the Ensino Fundamental I. The data of the field, gathered through fragments of notes of the researcher, indicate the importance of the Project and the necessity that the social participants assume the proposal more deeply. In order for the plan concluding the course to reach its goal and increase understanding of all the work done in the public school we will use fragments of the notes taken by the searcher that deeply contribute to a greater understanding of the project of action
