Resumo: The present academic work deals with the analysis of the employment contract under the auspices of the Consolidation of Labour Laws (CLT), and the possibility of its modification. Appreciate the legal requirements built by Article 468 of the Labor Code and the handling of exceptions to the theory of law laid down by law and doctrine. Also studies the factual assumptions alterability of their duties, the effects and legal validity, caring the hypothesis of a functional change
