Resumo: Introduction: This course conclusion work seeks to demonstrate theparticularities in the employment contract of professional soccer players, analyzingwhich law sand supervisory bodies players and entities are subject to, in view of thespecial contract of professional football athlete being subject to a special legislationcalled Pelé Law (Law 9.615/98), with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT) beingapplied in a subsidiary way in that contract. Still, this work deals with a brief explanationabout the commom work contract and its diferences to the special work contract.Material and Methods: Analysis of sports articles, CLT, Pelé Law, as well asconducting research on the subject. Results: A rich knowledge on the subject, in viewof the nature of the research carried out to complete this work

Ainda, trata esta obra de uma breve explanação sobre o contrato de trabalhocomum e suas diferenças para o contrato de trabalho especial. Material e Métodos:Análise de artigos desportivos, CLT, Lei Pelé, bem como realização de pesquisasacerca do tema.
