The idea of this study was an exploratory, because despite the disclosure of Corporate Universities in recent years, this is an issue with little recent exploration by Brazilian authors, but there is good published in doctoral dissertations. Apart from theses sources sought research in books nationally and internationally, in addition to the sites of companies that provide in its social investments and results of corporate universities. I understand that the study will complement the previously published bibliographies on the subject. The research focused on telecommunications companies and Brazilian financial institutions that have corporate universities. Based on the survey it was possible to understand whether the telecommunications companies and financial institutions measure the results of Brazilian investments in educating their employees, and whether these companies use structured processes of evaluation. Sought to understand how these institutions employ metrics and evaluation in case some do not use such metrics, identified reasons that prevent them from implementing them. Also assessed whether there was a deliberate tendency of some companies do not measure the results of investments made in education of their employees. So this is a research focused on the acquisition and expansion of knowledge.
