A dimensão subjetiva da deficiência na vida no trabalho

Resumo: | This study investigated the aspects of the subjective dimension of disability related to the work environment, considering inclusion and quotidian. The theoretical approaches that support this reflections converge to the studies of sociohistorical Psychology, mainly the ones related to: subjective dimension of the social reality, subjectivity and all the elements that substantiate such conception (GONZALEZ REY, 2003). The category sense made possible to research the experience of work in the uneven condition of a person with disability, under the context of not always visible routine situations. For this research, four semistructured interviews were analysed with persons with disability, referenced by the qualitative approach. On the basis of the theoretical framework, the focus was, at first, to apprehend the meaning zones of the interviewed ones (AGUIAR e OZELLA, 2006), that would make possible to relate with the elements of meaning and, in a given moment, to establish convergences between their quotes, enabling points of articulation between the individual and social subjectivities. By analyzing the subjective dimension of disability in the working life, the look on the social areas that transit on this relation was extended, whose social subjectivities impact in the identities of the subject ones. On the undestanding about disability, the stories point to an idea of representation of person with disability , tied with the majority of social meanings and, therefore, the attitudes correlated to this meaning. The work occupies a prominent place, since it brings the idea of dignity, autonomy, recognition and access to the material goods. But, for the subject ones, the reality still follows in another direction, since this same space is the object of their suffering. To think in terms of open door policies, inside of the companies, seems to be one another form of inclusion of the worker with disability, considering the social function of the company in a line of reorganization, terms of values, beliefs and agreements inside of the organizational management. There is no other way to replace the discomfort generated by the inclusion of workers unfamiliar to the "typical job market" if not for the action of the group. Thus, this is a great challenge for Psychology, that is responsable to work with organizational tensions, resulted of the subjective configuration of the work. This essay also intended to unveil the diverse forms of oppression that are considered natural in the quotidian of the person with disability, not allowing them to have full and effective participation in society |

As abordagens teóricas que amparam essas reflexões convergem para os estudos da Psicologia sócio-histórica, sobretudo aqueles relacionados à: dimensão subjetiva da realidade social, subjetividade e todos os elementos que acompanham tal concepção (GONZALEZ REY, 2003). A categoria sentido possibilitou pesquisar a experiência de trabalho na condição desigual de pessoa com deficiência, dentro de situações nem sempre visíveis no cotidiano. Para esta pesquisa, referenciada pela abordagem qualitativa, foram analisadas quatro entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas com pessoas com deficiência. Com base nos fundamentos teóricos, buscou-se, num primeiro momento, apreender as zonas de sentido dos sujeitos entrevistados (AGUIAR e OZELLA, 2006), que possibilitassem aproximações com os elementos de significação e, em um segundo momento, estabelecer convergências entre as falas, que permitissem pontos de articulação entre as subjetividades individuais e sociais. Investigar a dimensão subjetiva da deficiência na vida no trabalho ampliou o olhar sobre as áreas sociais que transitam sobre essa relação, cujas subjetividades sociais impactam nas identidades dos sujeitos. Sobre os entendimentos da deficiência, os relatos apontam uma ideia de personificação de "pessoa com deficiência", em que são enquadradas a maioria das significações sociais e, a partir destas, as atitudes condizentes com tal significação. O trabalho ocupa um lugar de destaque, já que traz a ideia de dignidade, de autonomia, de reconhecimento e de acesso aos bens materiais. Mas, para os sujeitos, a realidade ainda segue em outra direção, na medida em que é desse mesmo espaço que eles denunciam seus sofrimentos. Pensar em termos de políticas de inclusão, dentro das empresas, parece ser uma outra forma de inserção do trabalhador com deficiência, considerando a função social da empresa numa linha de reorganização, em termos de valores, crenças e entendimentos dentro da gestão organizacional. Não há como mudar o campo de estranhamento que se evidencia esse segmento ao incluir trabalhadores diferentes da "normalidade do eixo do mercado de trabalho" se não pela ação do coletivo. Trata-se de um grande desafio para a área da Psicologia, que tem o papel de trabalhar com as tensões organizacionais, resultado da própria configuração subjetiva do trabalho.
