A evolução das relações coletivas de trabalho: um olhar histórico sobre a formação do sindicalismo brasileiro

Resumo: This study aimed to understand the construction of collective labor relations over the years, and are based mainly in the formation of labor unions, at first on the international stage and, therefore, internally, in order to understand the influence of European organizational models in the formation of the Brazilian labor movement, as well as the pillars of the union model present today in our system. Through literature review in which it sought in scientific articles and books published by several authors, one might notice that the labor organizations in Brazil since its first manifestations, were driven by foreign ideologies to the reality of Brazilian workers, which distanced the awareness of a working class. Accordingly, it was observed that besides the clear legislative reforms to the scope of freedom, inevitably becomes the implementation of basic reforms in Brazil, mainly in the field of education, to the viability of an internal conscious recognition process and the consequent ideological training of workers as members of a community

Por meio da revisão bibliográfica, que se buscou em artigos científicos e obras publicadas por diversos autores, pôde-se perceber que as organizações laborais no Brasil desde suas primeiras manifestações foram impulsionadas por ideologias estranhas à realidade do trabalhador brasileiro, o que o distanciou a conscientização de uma classe operária.
