This term paper is a reserach about human rights of women on internet, addressed by the analysis of crimes of violence against women practiced on digital platforms, in particular the revenge porn. Such discussion has gained space with the advancement and essentiality of technology in human lives, in addition to the fact that information has become the main tool in an environment where facts are disseminated in large proportions, in a short period. In this sense, the virtual environment has become a new social reality, however, due to the intangible design of the network, this ended up providing space for the manifestation of social problems. Thus, the study is based on the deepening of the forms of violence that is practiced in the digital environment, the effects on the tangible social reality and what legal alternatives can be taken in order to guarantee the human dignity of women in the virtual environment. The analysis started from the theoretical framework of the protection of human rights, linked to crimes of violence against women, exploring solutions and legal adaptations to the problems presented by the digital age
