Resumo: The present research will aim to point out conceptual aspects in the construction of a theology about moral conscience, as well as its formation, a pedagogical path in fulfilling the will of God. This shall be done through a hermeneutic-interpretative itinerary that will make it possible to find sound bases that support this research, such as: Sacred Scripture, anthropology, and Tradition, which in some expressive moments of the faith itinerary served to conceptualize what we call moral conscience. From this, the research will define consciousness as the center of moral life, and discussiit as something that is born within each one, as an inner voice and the most secret center that the human being can have. It will seek to understand, in detail, the extremely precise descriptions of consciousness just mentioned, as they appear in the Church's magisterium, since it is a constitutive part of the subject and not just an aspect or an element of the personality. Finally, it is necessary that the investigation turn its gaze to the formation of conscience from the requirements impelled from the life in Christ, given that the formation of this one moral subject become a constitutive member of the pedagogical school of Jesus, causing him to live in a way that fulfills the will of God

Isso se dará por meio de um itinerário hermenêutico-interpretativo que fará com que sejam encontradas, bases sólidas que sustentem esta pesquisa, como: a Sagrada Escritura, a antropologia, e Tradição, que em alguns momentos expressivos do itinerário de fé serviram para conceituar o que intitulamos consciência moral. A partir disso, esta pesquisa definirá a consciência como centro da vida moral, além de discorrer sobre a mesma como algo que nasce no íntimo de cada um, como voz interior e centro mais secreto que o ser humano pode ter. Buscar-se-á compreender, de maneira mais detalhada, as descrições extremamente precisas da consciência há pouco ditas, conforme constam no magistério da Igreja, pois a mesma é parte constitutiva do sujeito e não apenas um aspecto ou um elemento da personalidade.
