With the present work it is proposed the study in order to reflect the effects of the judgment to the satisfaction of alimony credits.. Research conducted under the exploratory and descriptive perspective, using bibliographic and documentary sources and with qualitative analysis. The analysis led to perceptions of immunity from legal process given to foreign states, in particular, what is the treatment given to them in cases of hiring Brazilian workers to work in embassies and consulates belonging to the sending State. In which case the foreign state, as an employer fails to comply with its labor obligations and invokes the institutes of the legal process immunity to depart from the obligation. It will be addressed in treatment evolution of jurisdictional immunities and Execution, taking into account that there have been changes in the scenario of international law that led to be treated in relative terms in cases involving labor claims. In the case of immunity of jurisdiction, today, the prevailing theory of relativity regarding the management acts. However, on the question of immunity of execution, the theme is presented not pacified by the doctrine and jurisprudence, so that the labor rights of national are in this international impasse that needs to be solved, protecting up the sovereignty of foreign states, as well as the human rights of employees
