Resumo: This work aims to analyze the international dimensions regarding the performance of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) in the historical process of the Palestinian people's anti-colonial struggle against their occupiers. The process of the Front's creation, its political and military developments, and the impact of its actions on the Palestinian anti-colonial struggle will be analyzed. Formed in 1967, the PFLP became one of the main actors in the fight against the Zionist entity, inserting itself into a broader scenario of liberation struggle. Today, 57 years after its formation, the Front continues its activities on two fronts: the political, through its party, and the military, actively participating in the Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades against the occupying forces. Once an organization with significant grassroots support in Palestinian society, it lost relevance in the 1990s. It is hoped that this study will contribute to a deeper understanding of the emergence of the Front, its historical performance, and its contributions to the process of a Free Palestine

Será analisado o processo de criação da Frente, seus desdobramentos políticos e militares e o impacto de suas ações na luta anticolonial palestina. A FPLP, formada em 1967, se inseriu em um cenário maior de luta por libertação, tornando-se um dos principais atores na luta contra a entidade sionista. Nos dias de hoje, 57 anos após sua formação, a Frente segue sua atuação em dois frontes: o político, por meio de seu partido, e o militar, participando ativamente nas brigadas de Abu Alí Mustafá contra as forças de ocupação. Esta, que já foi uma organização com grande capilaridade na sociedade palestina, acabou por perder relevância nos anos 90.
