Resumo: The aim of the dissertation is to analyze the success of the movie Parasite. And for that explanation, check out director Bong Joon-ho's other works. This was the first non-English-speaking film to win four Oscars, including the coveted statuettes for best screenplay, best director and best picture. To better understand the importance of this repercussion and the prominence that Parasite achieved, let's review the relationship between the film and the history of South Korean culture, the beginning of the history of its cinema and the commercial impulse it received in recent years. We will also analyze the director's trajectory and understand his work using different cinematographic genres at the same time. The basis is in the studies and studies of: Group Creation Processes Dialogues by Cecília Almeida Salles, Cinematographic Manuals by Luís Nogueira and The Steve Kaplan Tools of Comedy

E para essa explicação, examinar outros trabalhos do diretor Bong Joon-ho. Esse foi o primeiro filme de língua não inglesa a conquistar quatro prêmios no Oscar, entre eles as cobiçadas estatuetas de melhor roteiro, melhor diretor e de melhor filme. Para entender melhor a importância dessa repercussão e o destaque que Parasita alcançou, vamos rever um pouco da relação do filme na história da cultura sul-coreana, o começo da história de seu cinema e o impulso comercial que recebeu nos últimos anos. Vamos analisar também a trajetória do diretor e entender seu trabalho usando diferentes gêneros cinematográficos ao mesmo tempo.
