Thinking about our trajectory until the course of Pedagogia, working in the Integrated College Saint pertaining to school life and daily one Ines , living deeply the same of some pupils, we start in asking ourself, because each time less the pupils, professors and parents participate of the activities proposals for the College. Today we know that the participation of our parents in our pertaining to school life was of extreme importance, as well as the marcante presence of our professors and managers of the schools where we study. The main objective of this project was to study the subject of the participated management implementing the significant relations of the actors of the educative community; and to elaborate contributions to the educational project of the Integrated College Saint Ines. The work was based on bibliographical research, including reading and analysis of texts diverse, and in questionnaires also considered to the pupils, professors and managers, with intention to know as they evaluate and see the participation of same in the extracurricular activities the proposals for the College. After the analysis of the questionnaires and bibliographies, we consider some changes in the Educational Project of the college, mainly what it says respect the extracurricular activities, with intention to increase the participation of the some actors of the pertaining to school community
