Resumo: This paper analyzes the possibility of injuctive relief stabilization requested in previous character as well their impact on the brazilian judiciary. Handle the introduction of the advance protection institute in brazilian civil procedure code of 1973 to the current wording of the new civil procedure code and also the impacts regarding the creation of the stabilization avoiding the continuity of the process until delivery of judgment and training of judge subject They are also addressed controversial issues in the doctrine on how will apply the legal text to each case, given the great innovation incorporated into our legal system

Aborda-se a introdução do instituto da tutela antecipada no código de processo civil de 1973 até a atual redação do novo código de processo civil e, ainda, os impactos referentes a criação da estabilização evitando a continuidade do processo até prolação de sentença e formação da coisa julgada.
